We believe that our premises will be welcomed by mothers with children who like to have a coffee in the center of Prague, and at the same time their children will have fun with lots of toys unknown to them and maybe even make new friends.

The playroom for children has been here for you since September 2020. So far, we are open for you from MONDAY till THURSDAY

from 2 pm to 6 pm on Tuesday and Thursday.
from 2 pm to 4 pm on Monday and Friday.

OPERATING RULES OF THE GAME ROOM KIND ARMS, z.s.

• By purchasing a ticket and entering the Games Room Kind arms, the visitor agrees with the operating rules of the Kind Hands games room and submits to it.

• The visitor is obliged to behave in the premises of the games room in such a way that his behavior does not bother other visitors and that his behavior does not cause injury to another visitor. Furthermore, it behaves in such a way as not to cause damage to other visitors and the Games Room Kind Arms. Our device is designed for movement and play, which requires consideration and mutual respect of our visitors.

• Follow the instructions of the operator and information boards in individual zones, if the rules of the games room are not observed, the operator is entitled to exonerate the visitor from the games room without the right to a refund of the entrance fee. In the event of a serious violation of the Operating Rules, repeated violation of the Operating Rules or aggressive behavior of children, the staff is entitled to exornate the visitor from the area of the Games Room Kind Arms without the right to a refund of the entrance fee.

• To ensure the safety of the individual and the safety of others, it is forbidden to use your own toys throughout the playhouse area. First of all, it is forbidden to use hard, loose or sharp objects in the playhouse area.

• The Kind Arms Games Room is designed for children aged 1-6 years

• All parts and equipment of the centre may only be used in accordance with their intended use.

• Gaming devices and equipment are used at their own risk, regardless of the operator's obligation to keep the equipment in working and safe condition.

• The manufacturer and supplier of attractions are responsible for the safety of individual devices with their certificates.

• Therefore, attractions meet the highest safety requirements and are regularly inspected

• Visitors may communicate any comments and defects related to the operation to our employees.

• The person accompanying the child is fully responsible for any injuries to children caused by their dangerous behaviour. Management and staff are not responsible for any injuries to children. Visitors are obliged to take into account smaller children and behave in such a way as not to injure them.

• The whole area of the games room Kind arms is non-smoking. Violation of the smoking ban is considered a serious violation of the Operating Rules.

• Pets are not allowed in the Game Room.

• Visitors are obliged to take off their shoes. Entry to the clean zone is only allowed in socks or clean sy notches

• Access with strollers is allowed in the Games Room Kind arms only after thorough washing of the wheels and express consent of the operator. Strollers can be placed in the vestibule of the centre, in a designated place. The consumption of food, beverages, chewing gum and other refreshments in premises other than the café area is strictly prohibited for hygienic and safety reasons and is considered a serious violation of the Operating Rules.

• The visitor is liable for damage caused by negligence or intent and for damage caused to other visitors when using all the facilities of the game room.

• Food can be consumed in the room area of the Kind Arms. For children's celebrations in the party corner, it is allowed to bring sandwiches, canapés and cake with you.

• Food, drinks, chewing gum and other snacks are only allowed in the kitchen area. The kitchen area is considered to be a space where tables and chairs are located and the floor is laid for this purpose.

• By entering the games room Kind arms, the visitor agrees to take any photos of him, which may be placed on the www.laskavanaruc.cz website or social networks operated by Kind Arms, z.s.

• Any unauthorised entry or theft will be reported to the Police of the Czech Republic without delay.

• The games room is equipped with a fire warning system

• If the permitted number of visitors is exceeded, the operator or the relevant staff may prevent access to other visitors, in this case the waiting time must be taken into account.

• General operation of the games room may be temporarily restricted. Claims against the operator arising from these restrictions are excluded. The operator does not guarantee the permanent operation of all attractions.
